I did want to say some snarky things about the Republicans having dragged their feet on Gov. Sebelius’ Health & Human Services confirmation, along with their glee with having cut the stimulus budget on infectious disease funding, only to start scrambling and trying to cover their asses with this Swine Flu outbreak (no funding+no HSS Secretary = oops, we done fucked up) but this is Obama’s day, and I won’t. Ahem.
